Lahm bi ajine: Minced cow meat, lebanese spices, tomatoes, onions, fresh lemon juice and pine nuts
Labné: It is prepared from pasteurized cow milk. Creamy, light and fresh, it is the favorite cheese of the lebanese people. Voted in the top 10 food trends of 2020, it is also very tasty when mixed with zaatar

Kishk: A mixture of boulghour and fermented yogurt, prepared in the lebanese mountains in summer.
