Man’ouché is the preferred street food in Lebanon. Made with the fresh dough of lebanese bread, it is cooked on the traditional «saj» dome. The main spread is zaatar, but there’s also kishk, jibneh, spinach and lahm bi ajine. Once cooked, it is rolled as a crunchy sandwich.
The takeaway/sit-in opened its doors in César-Roux street in 2018, and a restaurant in Lausanne will open soon its doors.
